Cancellation, Refund & Return Policy
1. Cancellation Policy
At Viraj Packers and Movers, we understand that plans may change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent:
- Free Cancellation: Customers can cancel their booking up to 72 hours before the scheduled service without any charges.
- Late Cancellation & Same-Day Cancellation: Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled time, up to 100% of the booking amount.
- To cancel your booking, please contact us via phone or email with your booking details.
2. Refund Policy
We strive to provide high-quality and reliable services. However, refunds may be applicable under the following conditions:
- Advance Payment Refund:
- Full refund if cancellation is made within the eligible free cancellation period.
- Partial refund if cancellation occurs after the free cancellation window.
- Service Not Delivered:
If we fail to provide the service due to our internal issues, a full refund will be processed. - Dissatisfaction Claims:
Refund requests based on service dissatisfaction must be raised within 24 hours of service completion with valid proof. - Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
3. Return Policy (Damages & Loss)
As a service provider, we do not offer product returns. However, we take responsibility for goods handled during relocation:
- In case of damage or loss of goods, customers must inform us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Claims must be supported with photos/videos and proper documentation.
- Compensation will be provided based on:
- Declared value of goods (if insurance was taken)
- Company liability terms mentioned in the agreement
- We recommend opting for transit insurance for high-value items.
4. Rescheduling Policy
- Customers can reschedule their service up to 48 hours in advance without extra charges.
- Rescheduling within 24 hours may be subject to availability and additional fees.
